We want you to be 100% happy with every order. If something isn’t quite right, we make returns simple and stress‑free.
âś… You can return items within 14 days of delivery
As long as:
• Items are unworn, unused, and in original condition
• All tags, packaging, and seals are still attached (fragrances & hair tools must be unopened for hygiene reasons)
• It’s not a final‑sale item (we’ll clearly mark these if we ever have them)
📤 How to return something
1. Email us first at [your email address] with your order number and what you’d like to return
2. We’ll send you simple instructions and where to send it back
3. You cover return postage costs unless the item arrived faulty, damaged, or wrong – in that case we sort it all for you
đź’· Refunds & Exchanges
• Once we receive and check your item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 2–3 working days
• Refunds go back to your original payment method (card, PayPal etc) – please allow 3–5 days extra for your bank to show it
• If you’d prefer an exchange for a different size, colour or item, just let us know and we’ll arrange that for you
❌ What can’t be returned
• Opened or used perfumes / aftershaves / hair tools (hygiene rules)
• Items damaged through wear or misuse
• Personalised items (if we ever offer these)
